In general: Perfect location, quiet location, beautiful decor, every amenity and superb staff. Intimate without being intrusive. Appealing to every nationality. Location and surroundings: In the old town of Sorrento, but less than 5 minute walk to central square of Sorrento. Hard to believe it’s that close given how quiet the hotel location is. Several restaurants steps from the hotel entrance, as well as cafes and full variety of shops. Service: Nello, the owner / manager was very attentive and interested in making sure we were comfortable and that any request was met. He was knowledgeable about excursions, but not “selling.” He went above and beyond...even meeting us / the car at the small square about a 90 second walk from the hotel to help us with our luggage (cars are not allowed in certain areas of the old town.) Dining: Good Continental breakfast with ample variety and choice of cooked eggs included. Multiple coffee/espresso and tea options. Room: Tasteful tile floors and bathroom. Immaculately clean and tasteful decor throughout. Very comfortable bed, pillows and excellent Wifi internet service ( no charge.) Useful tips: Book early.

Our room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfy. Greatly enjoyed our incredible breakfast with Italian bacon and fresh scrambled eggs, for instance. Most of the staffs were extremely helpful.
